How my journey began
My background in finance, and my pull toward empowerment.
Before stepping into my purpose as a coach, I spent over a decade in the world of accounting and finance — working with firms like PwC and EY, leading financial operations, and thriving on problem-solving. I had built a successful career. Something was still missing.
While the work gave me a strong foundation in structure, strategy, and discipline, I felt the pull toward something more expansive — something aligned with transformation and empowerment. The same mindset shifts I now teach my clients are the ones that helped me step into my own power.
My journey to empowerment
The turning point
There came a time when I realized true change wasn't a distant dream — it was within reach. For so long I felt held back by doubt and limiting beliefs. Then I asked myself: what if I could empower myself to live a life that truly reflects who I am? That was my turning point.
Reclaiming responsibility
I realized I am the creator of my own reality — no one else defines my worth or my future. I stopped blaming circumstances and started taking full responsibility for my life.
Building a foundation of respect
Self-care isn't just "treating myself" — it's a foundation of self-love and respect. A quiet morning, an honest conversation, rest without guilt: all of it nourishes the mind, body, and spirit.
Success isn't the same as fulfillment
My finance background gave me expertise in strategy and efficiency. But fulfillment comes from something deeper. My transition into coaching wasn't leaving those skills behind — it was using them to create real, lasting change in people's lives.
Rewriting the narrative
For years I carried beliefs that told me I'm not good enough or I can't do this. When I started questioning them, everything shifted: I am worthy. I am capable. I am enough, just as I am.
Taking inspired action
Empowerment isn't just a shift in thought. It's showing up and doing the work.
Every step — writing, investing in growth, stepping outside comfort — fuels the transformation. It isn't about being perfect. It's about trusting the process.
How I work
What doesn't change, session to session
I'll tell you what I actually see, not what's easiest to hear.
Every engagement has a plan, a timeline, and a way to measure whether it worked.
Growth is a lifelong journey, not a destination to "achieve." We move at the pace that's real for you.
The goal is a client who doesn't need me anymore — with a framework that outlasts our work together.
